Our purchase process is pretty straight forward and can be completed in just a few steps:


Terms

1) Sign and send back the 3rd page of the 3 page sales agreement along with the down payment.
2) We can either mail you the contract or email it to you. We will sign it and return to you a copy for your records.
3) Instructions on the payment plan you have set up will be included along with the contract.

Installment/Terms Sales Agreement: Sales Agreement- Installment
Paid in Full Sales Agreement: Sales Agreement- Paid in full

Cash Sales

1) Pay in full the price of the land as agreed upon
2) The same day your payment is received a warranty deed and affidavit of property value will be sent to you for you to have recorded at the county recorder

       
Payments

1) All payments can be made by check, money order or credit card via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Google pay, Apple pay, Facebook Pay (all free). For Paypal, add 3%. Any credit card payments over $1000, add 3%.
2) Arrangements can also be made to transfer funds directly to an account. (details will be given at time of sale)
3) We accept Visa, MC, Discover or Amex
