This is off grid property. No utilities. Solar, wind, or generator for power and water is hauled and stored.

Nowhere else in the country can you drive 90 miles in any direction and hit a world class destination. Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu.
Many lesser-known hidden gems like Lake Mohave or Mead, The Colorado river and Laughlin, or endless tours of old gold mines and alien sites. Drive a little farther you can be in Flagstaff, Phoenix, California, or even Mexico.

One of many stops along route 66, and all the touristic type things that go with that following. There’s caves and miles of hiking and exploration trails. Camping and swimming at countless campgrounds and resorts.

Whether for investments or homesteading, vacation purposes or just wanting a private quite little getaway, it’s still a great place to still get affordable land. With the ups and downs of stocks and uncertainty of crypto-currencies or the depreciation of personal assets, the value of land has never gone down over time, will only continue to go up forever, and it will not and cannot go anywhere.

Directions

I have not visited this property yet so I don’t have solid directions. Pease do your own researching if going out to look at this lot. These directions are what I will use when going out there myself but no guarantee they are the easiest or will even work. (see maps) From HWY 93 go east on E Pump Station Road. for about 1.25 miles and turn left onto Lower Trout Rd. Go 1.9 miles and turn right. At about 3.4 miles turn right onto the only road around. Somehow you have to cross the wash and stay on the ridge of the hill. The road goes right to the property somehow.

*We have not had a chance to visit this property yet so the directions are just what I could pull from online and will use when I get up there soon. I will stake and take pictures and update the ads as soon as I can. Thank you.
