This is a very remote property and the roads are rough! You will need a truck! I actually did it in my car and I’m not happy about it! It is vacant land and off grid so water is hauled and stored usually and alternative means for electric. Solar or Generators.

From Ash Fork go 4.75 miles on Double A Ranch Rd to W. Terry Lane. Turn left. Follow this road all the way for 4.3 miles.
